Floor Apartment
(91sq.m./980 sq.ft.)
- Two bedrooms
- one contains 2 single beds and the other has a large double bed. Both
bedrooms have large windows with views up the drive and over fields.
- Bathroom (with WC)
interconnecting the two bedrooms. It has a bath with shower attachment.
- The kitchen
is fitted with gas
hob/electric oven, a microwave and a dishwasher and has all the
facilities to comfortably self cater.
- The living
room is very large - 39 sq.m. - containing a large sofa, an
armchair, a dining table with 4 chairs, TV, DVD player, Stereo, and has
a big traditional fireplace. There are large French windows leading out
to the apartment's own terrace area, where there is a metal table and
chairs. The living room is very light with two more south facing
windows.

off the living room.
 New
for 2008 Wifi - you will have free, unlimited
access to broadband wifi during your stay. The coverage extends to most
of the apartment - just get the access code from us when you arrive and
surf away to your heart's content! You need to bring your own laptop
and agree to the terms of use (more information here).
Each apartment has its own DVD
player and there is a selection of more than 50 DVDs to
borrow free of charge (we can send you the complete list of
what’s available).
We have also recently
installed the UK free to view channels via satellite
in each apartment. Thus, you can get all the main UK channels, many
music and radio channels and many more.
Our latest additions are satellite
navigation units. These are very simple to use, mobile
units that are placed in your car and give directions via voice
commands (in English) and a map to a chosen destination. We have saved
the location of many restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, hospitals,
doctors etc. No need to get lost or have arguments over map reading
ever again! They are for hire at a cost price of £10 per
week. Our first guests to use them have found them completely
invaluable.
Outside
 The
two apartments have use of the garden on one side of the house.
There is an above ground swimming pool (5 meters in
diameter) for the use of guests (as soon as it gets warm enough!), a
grass terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas - these are to the
south-west of the house and get the sun all day.
We have recently installed gas bbq's on the terrace of each apartment.
No more waiting for the charcoal to burn, dirty hands, burnt food
(although the traditional bbq's are still available if you wish!)
